About the Founder and Principal
Kenny Zais is the founder of Kelitani Zais, a full-service bookkeeping and advisory firm.
An entrepreneur at heart, Kenny launched the firm with a deep appreciation for what small- and medium-size businesses seek when it comes to keeping up with bookkeeping and understanding the financial implications.
Having owned and operated a successful business with national coverage, he scaled the company through sales and acquisitions, eventually selling to a private equity group for impressive multiples. The common thread through this experience is a passion for advising and sharing business concepts with similarly-situated colleagues—reviewing financial statements and giving guidance to maximize profit and increase business valuation.
He found that he became a trusted advisor in their business success, and now Kenny is bringing his expertise and insights to the field of bookkeeping and advisory. He looks forward to working with you on your business journey.
Switching gears, Kenny is a born and bred Bostonian, and resides in the area with his wife, son and daughter. Let’s not leave out the German Shepherd and rescue dog.
Now, when he takes his Harley through the mountains of New Hampshire, he does not record the miles on a spreadsheet. Kenny’s love of music is a constant note, and coming from the era of 70’s and 80’s rock, his hometown Aerosmith is a particular favorite for their iconic sound, rise-and-fall-and-rise backstory, entrepreneurial spirit and the perseverance and creativity to reinvent themselves.
