Our Pricing is based on type of services required, revenue, volume of transactions entered and bank accounts to reconcile.
Platform and Process
We use QuickBooks Online exclusively. If you use the desktop version, we facilitate migration to the online version. If you use another platform, we can discuss whether transition or migration is feasible.
As a rule of thumb in accounting, you can expect to pay between 1% to 3% of business gross revenue. We do not charge by the hour. We invoice monthly. The minimum per month is typically $300.00. Rates are based on type of services required, revenue, volume of transactions entered and bank accounts to reconcile.

Gather Information
We’ll conduct a diagnostics review of your QuickBooks Online records. This gives a picture of the potential scope of work. If you use a different platform, we’ll request documentation such as 3-6 months of bank, credit card and loan statements.
Proposal
We’ll present a formal proposal based on your requirements for review and acceptance, followed by an engagement agreement.
